SALE'S POLICY 
-Rabbits will not leave before being weaned or before 8 weeks of age, generally 12-14 weeks of age .
-A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a rabbit via PayPal ( Friends & Family ) option.
-Prices are non-negotiable. 
- We guarantee the sex of Sr. rabbits ( over 6 months ). Younger rabbits there is always a small chance of a mistake being made so we can't guarantee 100 % the sex of Jr.rabbits (under 6 months).
-All rabbits are healthy to the best of my knowledge when they leave out Rabbitry. 
-I give a 72hr health guarantee. If at anytime during the 72 Hrs the bunny becomes ill we will give a refund, but I will require a Vet report proving it was illness and not a fall, animal attack, or fed something it should not have been fed or owner neglect. We are not responsible for any Vet bills. 
-Health guarantee will be voided for any rabbit that has been transported by a 3rd party. 
-When picking up your rabbit have any remaining balance in CASH ONLY. Bring a carrier. I will provide 7 days worth of pellets to help in the transition. I will occasionally be able to meet somewhere within a reasonable distance from the Rabbitry. 
-Pick up will be a date we both agree on and if for some reason the date needs to be changed you will need to let me know no less then 24 hrs an advance. Pick up will be a PUBLIC place of my choosing. 
-I can not guarantee the temperament or breed ability of the rabbit. 
-When buying from me you are agreeing to these terms whether you have read this or not.
